Existing patients may sign into the Patient Portal to schedule or change an appointment online. Cancellations and changes made more than 24 hours in advance may be made through the Patient Portal. A patient may be charged the full amount for appointments that are not changed or cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.

Once you have requested an appointment with MHWA, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your appointment has been booked. Please do not confuse this with the "your appointment has been requested" email. MHWA does not accept same-day appointments.
